The input files for the PHYSOR 2026 AMR paper should be added to cardinal_amr to aide in the reproducibility of results. This should include:

• OpenMC input files for both the lwr and sfr test problems;
• Mesh generation input files for Cardinal (initial mesh and maximally refined reference mesh);
• Cardinal input files for the reference solutions and base AMR solutions;
• A Python script which generates the Cardinal input files necessary for the parameter sweeps;
• A script which runs the parameter sweeps;
• A post-processing script which generates the figures in the paper.
