Support for Rich Text Boxes

Neanes now supports inline rich text boxes, which are used to produce inline mode changes. NeanesTeX ought to render rich text boxes instead of ignoring them.

NeanesTeX should parse the HTML in the text box and convert it to LaTeX. A library such as lua-htmlparser might make the parsing easier.
