Feature: purchase credits #176
Description
Allow chat-api users to purchase credits with Stripe, so users can add more credits to their agent when needed.
The total credits of the current user will be the purchased credits + the total credits for each subscription plan.
With the Starter plan, the user will be granted $5 free credits when he is onboarded.
