Take advantage of "kernels from other session" enhancement #63
Description
JupyterLab 4.3 will allow to display kernels which are created outside of JupyterLab in the kernel selector, see jupyterlab/jupyterlab#16475. For feature parity jupyterlab-launchpad selector should include these too.
