Context

Platform managers and team leads don't have tools to manage users, teams, quotas, see platform usage etc.

Key Problems

• Deployment assumes inside knowledge and should be validated with first-time users.
• There are no proper toolings or documentation for infra teams.

Personas Impacted

This impacts sysadmins/devops personas. Nebari gets a lot of input from this persona so a lot of these features exist, but may not be the most user friendly or obvious.

Recommendations

• Create a step-by-step deployment checklist to guide new users through the setup process.
• Create starter templates for common configs.
• Add centralized dashboard combining key system metrics and logs (Grafana, Prometheus etc).
• Create deployment troubleshooting section for Nebari docs.
