soperator: k8up backup repository in S3 may initialize broken on cluster bring-up #217
Description
When creating soperator cluster from scratch using Terraform in Nebius cloud, k8up repository in S3 may initialize broken and scheduled backup operations will fail. It happened in almost 50% of attempts in my cluster.
If first backup job was successful, everything goes without problems ever since. So quickfix for this issue is just cleaning S3 bucket if first backup job failed.
