[soperator] Create Storage Infrastructure via Terraform

I'm looking at deploying Soperator and I see the section about creating a shared filesystem and it's suggested to do it manually.
Would be be possible to create this via Terraform and use Workspaces feature or maybe just a tf file in a sub directory to make this automated and also isolated from the rest of Soperator installation?
