Hmmm as an alternative, I actually made this mod supported on my Add-On of NebuIr's Default Dark Mode!
and what's CRAZY enough I just added mod support for Enchancement on the 2026.2.1 update XD

Thats what i needed. TY so much! I also found some bugs (like font of a resource pack as well as a border wont match) but thats still better than flashbanging me!

don't close this issue @darchlinjr when I said it's an "add-on" that doesn't mean it solves the issue in this github repo, I suggest leaving this open until NebuIr the creator of Default Dark Mode adds it in their resource pack officially. My Expansion acts as a separate (add-on) resource pack that is designed to improve the original resource pack with better mod support, including Minecraft 1.21.9-1.21.11 gui support and etc.
