Question / future request : Be able to access "all" Dependency recommendations

I have a szenario, where it would be very convient to able copy all dependency recommendations from a dependency recommendation source , add some new ones and produce a Maven Bom, which can versioned and deployed. 

Does the plugin support this? Does this make sense?
