DualSense Controller is missing

Hi!

I must have messed something up badly, because the DualSense controller no longer shows up in the Game Controllers settings (start->run joy.cpl)! It’s connected via Bluetooth and connected just fine.

Please help me get it working again!

I've managed to get it to show up in the Game Controller settings, but it doesn't respond to any buttons. Gamepad testers don't recognize it either. :( What the heck do I need to do to get it working again? I'm about to burst into tears because it's not working.
