Expected Behavior

Shift-Enter inserts a newline in the message

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Hit Shift-Enter

I’m not using Seaglass, but the standard keyboard shortcut to insert newlines in a textbox on macOS is usually pressing ⌥↵ (option-return), so you might want to give that a try.
