Command Update-link unknown

Hi,

Command Update-link is unknown with my PowerShell. Any idea ?
I got this error: " ObjectNotFound: (Update-Link:String) [], CommandNotFoundException".

What platform are you running this against?

Windows 10.
Solarized work with windows command line, with bash (Windows subsystem for linux), but not with powershell.
