Option to use github's cache when running `act`

act version 0.2.82

### Feature description

Would be great if it was possible to use repo's existing caches when running action with `act`.
Some caches can take hours to build, so switching to `act` to debug those workflows has a high time cost. 
In those cases currently it's simpler to rerun action 50 times on github, so it would reuse cache.
