:bug: No results on simple searches

Description

as of this writing, with rolling branch, getting few or no results at all on simple searches.

branch rolling compiles and at times, seems to work as expected, at other times, not working at all.

e.g. a simple search for test produces zero results.
another search for semantic search produces zero results
yet another search for download speed test also zero results.
same for search for google => no results.

I have multiple search engines enabled (although most if not all results come from duckduckgo which doesn't help as I can use ddg directly in that case.)

So something is amiss.

What do you need from me to debug?

compiled with:

export PKG_ENV="dev"

cargo build -r --no-default-features --features redis-cache --features experimental-io-uring --features compress-cache-results

Though, to better understand this issue, we would like to ask a few things, I hope you won't mind it 😅 .

First, could you provide the results of the logs like what it shows when you do a simple search.

Second, what dns are you using? Are you using nextdns or control-D? Do you have anything blocked from your dns provider or manually or any geoblocking specific to your country or ISP?

Third, do you have ca certificates properly configured for your operating system?

1. does websurfx create logs itself and is so where do I find the logs? or is this just a matter of journalctl, etc.?
2. not using nextdns nor control-D -- there are no blocks on dns service I use; no geoblocking
3. yes I do -- official distro package

Note: what you need to consider is that the previous version behave as expected and that this new compilation of updated version (rolling) runs on same machine, no changes in 2) and 3) above.
