Categories for the blog

To improve discoverability inside the blog we want to introduce categories to filter posts bei their topic on the blog overview page.

This would also allow creating a list of "Neos monthlies" for example.

Blog posts could show related articles by the category.

Category pages could allow individual feeds and work also as landing pages.
