fix(ci): deploy .well-known/

Problem:
https://neovim.io/.well-known/atproto-did is returning 404 not found,
even though:
- it exists at `./static/.well-known/atproto-did`
- `hugo build` copies it to `./public/`

Solution:
Add some logging. Also improve CI.
