Remove redundant link to / in the navigation header, the link in the logo is enough conventionally. Reprioritize the documentation and comunity links: the idea is the user will want to see news, information about the project, development links, and *only then* check the other links.

probably the link will need to be called "About" because it will contain things other than the Charter |
Also, moved the navigation link to the beggining.
