Add project context provider for AI chatbot responses

Integrate a new ProjectIntroductionContextProvider to supply the AI agent with authoritative project background. The chatbot now passes either a configured or default project introduction to the agent, enabling more relevant and accurate answers to project-related queries. Also includes code reformatting for consistency.
