Neper's application papers: We need your help (2 papers)

Neper's application papers are listed on its website and Google Scholar page. These papers are peer-reviewed journal articles and do not include conference proceedings.

Neper's application papers use Neper for simulations or (much more rarely) only to produce illustrations, etc. These papers usually explicitly mention their use of Neper (as per the guidelines), but sometimes they do not. In those cases, it is necessary to examine the figures or how Neper is cited.

We do not have access to the full text of the following papers and request your help in determining whether they are eligible as application papers:
