Configurability of the panels/modals

First of all, thank you for this outstanding work. Viser is remarkably easy to integrate and opens up a wide range of possibilities.

After working extensively with Viser, I’ve encountered a recurring limitation related to the GUI’s flexibility when building more complex menus. In particular, it would be extremely helpful if:

• Multiple panels (left, right, bottom, etc.) could be opened simultaneously, ideally with greater layout customization. This would help avoid crowded interfaces when many operations or folders are present.
• Modals could support larger sizes. The current size limitation can make it difficult to display more complex content or interactions.
• Simple RGB indicators could be added to visually represent the state of certain features (e.g., enabled/disabled). For example, when checking whether a robot’s drives are enabled, a red or green circular indicator would be far more intuitive than using the RGB color picker component, which serves a different purpose.

These additions would greatly enhance the expressiveness and usability of Viser for more advanced GUI setups.

• Multiple panels: agree this makes sense. Implementation is also not hard, we just haven't found time to work through design/option considerations.
• Modal size: also makes sense and not hard. Open to a PR for this one if you're interested in contributing!
• Simple RGB indicators: perhaps this can be accomplished currently with gui.add_html()? You could add a <div /> with some width/height and a background color.
