VS2019 locks up on second and subsequent use

Describe the bug
VS2019 locks up as Debugger is connected on second and subsequent uses. It does come out of this state to some extent. It seems like something is causing the debug session to drastically slow down.

Note on first use or after a Disable and Renable of the extension it works fine for the first use. Then locks up again.

Deselecting the filter also stops the lockup.

The filter is simply "StartsWith "[0:] "
