TLC Expiry Safeguards

• Implemented a dynamic expiry check in multi-hop payment to prevent indefinite fund locking, caused by unresponsive downstream nodes: fix(cch): check HTLC expiry delta before sending outgoing payment #1148. This improves Cross-Chain Hub (CCH) security.

Watchtower Querier

• Decoupling Watchtower query logic to support both integrated and standalone service modes for TLC status tracking: add watchtower querier trait #1153

Off-Chain/On-Chain TLC Synchronization

• Sync on-chain settled TLC status to off-chain

Stuck TLC Resolution

• Fixing stuck TLCs in pending: fix: peer backoff reconnect to prevent restart TLC stuck #1166

CCH Decoupling

• CCH can now run as a standalone service, allowing for better scalability and fault isolation in high-traffic routing nodes: cch: add separate service mode with fiber RPC and WebSocket #1165
