replace lodash with es-toolkit #2297

Please consider to replace lodash with es-toolkit
it's smaller and faster library compared to lodash and is a drop in replacement for lodash
Also utility types are better/smarter
only case that caused me problem is sortBy in that case switching to orderBy is safer option
