Add support for lazy connections to reduce battery usage

Feature request:

Please consider adding support for NetBird's experimental lazy connections feature in the Android client. This feature would help make the app more battery-friendly by only establishing peer-to-peer connections when needed, instead of keeping all connections always active. Maintaining only necessary connections could improve battery life, especially on mobile devices with limited resources.

Lazy connections are now available in the NetBird agent and can be toggled via environment variables or dashboard settings. Bringing this functionality to the Android client would align it with other NetBird platforms and benefit users who prioritize battery efficiency on their phones.
