Add groups for ACLs #445

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When managing a lot of access control policies, it gets confusing really fast. Because I work on multiple projects, I would like to create groups for the different projects.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please add the possibility to create groups in the dashboard for the ACLs. So we can manage and hide the different ACLs in folders.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None. Live with the mess.
