Custom Link: get data from custom field on assigned contact

Hello!

I'm trying to get some field data but didn't manage to do it!
I'm trying to create a Custom Link on Sites. This custom link text would be:

• the content of a custom_field named 'hours' in Contacts
• the Contact chosen would be the contact assigned to the site which has the same name as the Site (because I can have multiple contacts on the same Site)

Could anyone help me on this one please?
