how to document a Server Farm

Hello,

a search for "how to document a Server Farm / Cluster"

Main Goal:
Document attached VLANs on Device (Switches) Interfaces
One point to document this.

For Example
Switch A interfaces 2 3 4 (vlan 10,20,100,200)
Switch B interfaces 8 10 12 (vlan 10,20,100,200)
Switch C ...
...

My Idea is:
A Feature like "interface groups"
global define interface group and assign VLANs to it.
Assign interface group to device interface and push down VLAN ID on this device interfaces.

with feature VLAN Groups or virtualization and Cluster a couldn´t do this.

Any ideas or proposals?
