NAPALM SSH connection by the key without password and username

Hi guys, I would like to know how can I connect to my Cisco IOS devices without saving NAPALM_USERNAME and NAPALM_PASSWORD in my configuration.py file. I'm able to connect from the local netbox host with public-key, but when I`m trying to connect in netbox GUI it is giving the next error:

"Error connecting to the device at..."
