When will multiple languages be supported in Netbox?

Hi,

I'm wondering when will multiple languages be supported in Netbox?
I work at a corporation that needs most of its applications to be in both english and in french.
For any user consulting the database (via Netbox's great user interface) there should be a language selector somewhere.

I do agree with #39 (comment) that documentation translation is not necessary yet.

I see #10833 being worked on in release 3.4.0.
I also see #1068 being abandonned and most of the feature requests for chinese being rejected.

So is it in the plans of Netbox to support multiple languages in its User Interface to the very least?
Which milestone would that be? When should I expect this feature? In the next 10 years? 5 years? 1 year? 1 month?

I am more than happy to participate in this effort!!!
