Netbox Upgrade.sh Fails on upgrade process from v2.11 to v3.5.0

I just upgrade our netbox from v 2.9 to 2.11 Successfuly , but when upgrade again to version 3.5 the upgrade.sh command not complete for the DB migration process, it shows messages like this

any help would be appreciated

You need to check the release notes for 3.0.0, 3.1.0, 3.2.0, 3.3.0, 3.4.0, 3.5.0 for any breaking changes, before upgrading to 3.5.x

In this case, I believe you have hit a change from v3.4.0:

• Device and virtual machine names are no longer case-sensitive. Attempting to create e.g. "device1" and "DEVICE1" within the same site will raise a validation error.

i saw in the netbox documentation that upgrade from 2.11 earlier cannot directly upgrade to v3.x so we upgrade to 2.11 first, the upgrade was successfull, but when we try upgrade again to 3.5 , issue occur as the log above

I solved this issue by changing the duplicated name in postgres
