Circuit Commit rate -

I have a small but significant suggestion for improvement. Currently, the Commit Rate on the circuit information page is displayed in a bottom small area, even though it's often a critical piece of information.

I recommend that Netbox highlight the Upstream and Downstream Bandwidth prominently on this page.

This adjustment will make it easier for users to quickly identify and assess the most vital information about a circuit. It aligns with the practical needs of network administrators who heavily rely on Netbox for essential data.
