I noticed in a few FR's that new functionality was not working as people expected it, or working less optimal then before
For example (just 2 that come in my mind)
Global Search: Fast, but lacking details
IP to Interface Assigner: the selection of an interface became clickheavy
Both of these are great improvements to NetBox, but are lacking proper beta-review.
I know that the beta-release is there for a few months, but I'm pretty sure you don't have any numbers on how many actual installations are running the beta, and in addition how many people are reviewing new features.
What if we start a beta-test community, with people who are willing to run the beta on their dev/qa instances and validate specific new features. All (or a good portion of them) have to give their OK for the new features before it can go to a release.
That way you as maintainer will get proper feedback during the beta, and not after the release to the public
