VPLS service as Netbox circuits

I have multiple sites connected via VPLS service and I am trying to describe them within Netbox circuits.
From my perspective, it is a single service that I receive from my service provider and it could be added to Netbox as a Circuit object.
The Circuit object has only two termination points, labeled A and Z, but I need to describe a multipoint service that involves three or more termination points.

How can I correctly describe a VPLS service within Netbox circuits?

To document VPLS services need use Provider Networks.
