Add information to webhook body

Hello, I am trying to create webhooks for interface change which will trigger ansible playbook to change vlans on interface.
When I was checking all the details sent from webhook for interface change, it is showing the device name and device ID.
Is there any easy way how I can also include to this webhook primary IP of the device? As this is normally not included in interface change, but I will need IP for my ansible playbook.
