Caught LDAPError while authenticating

I've migrated NetBox from Ubuntu to Rocky Linux.
The migration went well, but I couldn't get LDAP(S) working.
cat /opt/netbox/local/logs/django-ldap-debug.log shows:
Caught LDAPError while authenticating <username>: SERVER_DOWN({'result': -1, 'desc': "Can't contact LDAP server", 'ctrls': []})
I used LDAPS:
AUTH_LDAP_SERVER_URI = "ldaps://ldap.domain.com:636"
But ldap://ldap.domain.com:389 and LDAP_IGNORE_CERT_ERRORS = True also doesn't work

Commented out LDAP_CA_CERT_DIR and LDAP_CA_CERT_FILE.
