Proposed functionality

I was wondering if we can create plugins that can have their configuration given via the Netbox interface?
So that we can dich the plugins.py file

This might be plugin specific but for me it seems that this is the Netbox way to operate plugins - please let me know if I'm wrong.
I created same issue for plugin repo as well :)

Use case

We wouldn't have to build a new dockerfile each time and restarting the server - installing plugins would be straight forward and you could test configurations more easily.
