Upgrade Errors From 3.4.5 To 3.7.5

Hey, if I am getting the following error after upgrading from 3.4.10 to 3.7.5: "Invalid Permission Name: . Must be in the format <app_label>._"

Everything else works and Netbox works otherwise. I am able to otherwise load my data into Netbox normally with no issues.

It only seems to not be fixed and work for users when they have the superuser permission, and the error occurs when assigning permissions other than superuser access. How can I fix this?
