Cannot upgrade to v4.0

Hi,
I'm currently trying to upgrade our (docker) stage system to v4.0. I edited all intern plugins with help of the migration guide. When starting the docker stack, the worker dies with the error:

Any ideas?

Fixed by swapping the settings.py for the latest one (I copied it manually in the image for some reason).
