Add Max Length to Aggregate page

Hi

I suggest to add Max Length drop-down menu to Aggregate page, Prefixes tab like on Prefixes page.
Together with the switch Show Available it is very convenient to search for free prefixes of the required length.
Now I add &mask_length__lte=<prefix_len> to the URL to do this. For example
