Sure, that sounds like an obvious question. It's for the disk space of the VM, duh. The disk space field for the actual virtual machine is a static field. If I put 50G, or 500G, it always displays that number, no matter what. So if you're measuring the sizes of each virtual disk for the VM under 'virtual disks', what is the point of the 'disk space' field that is static and says whatever number you want it to say regardless of how many virtual disks the VM has and what the sizes of those disks are? |

answered my own question by playing around with virtual disks. I was unaware that even if you input a value for disk space, as soon as you start adding virtual disks the number will add up the total of all virtual disks. cool. |
