Review the usage rate in ipam/prefixes

Hi,

The ipam/prefixes category contains network ranges and their utilization rates. However, the latter is incorrect because it counts all declared IP addresses, regardless of their status.
Wouldn't this rate be more accurate if we only counted IP addresses with an active status?

I would like to see this changed as well.
I prefer to add all the IPs for a specific IP Range to Netbox so I can see them and assign them as needed.
For example, I bulk added all the IPs from a /26 to Netbox and only 8 or 9 are in use currently. 3/4 are reserved for DHCP and I have a handful set aside for Static assignments, as well as the first 5 addresses reserved for network stuff (GW, HSRP, etc)

Doing this causes the utilization to 100% when only a few IPs are actually assigned.
