Initial Install; Running Into Issue... Maybe

I am following the installation instructions here: https://netboxlabs.com/docs/netbox/installation/netbox/. I am on step 3 of "Installation and Upgrade" and am testing the install in the development server. I am able to reach the NetBox home page but I am not able to login using the superuser credentials I created.

When I test the service status of psql in step 1, it is successful:

Am I only supposed to be able to reach the login page or should I be able to login using the credentials I created? This is the error I am receiving after entering the credentials:

@badger-fi, have you run the upgrade script as noted in Step 3?

The error in the screenshot is clearly indicating that migrations have not been run yet. Migrations are a requirement for installing NetBox and should not be skipped. Using these instructions, migrations are run by the upgrade script.
