remove netbox for complete reinstall

I was expierimenting with Netbox about six months ago, and hit an issue during installation that I was unable to resolve. I would like to clear all the installed software off the Ubuntu server on which it is currently installed but not functioning, and begin the process from scratch. The server is tied in to other systems which mean it would be non-trivial to tear it down and start entirely afresh, and I'd like to re-learn the installation process so I understand it better. Is there a guide to doing so?
