Please correct me if this is something that the journal does or a separate plugin or something that’s only something I should do on my own local instance.
But I was thinking that it would be nice to have a model and separate tab like the journal or contacts but titled “Feedback.” The goal would be to have it be like the Journal tab, where it would have fields like Title, summary, etc… with the goal of giving users an opportunity to provide feedback on items. For example, if a user notices that an interface has an incorrect value, the user would submit a feedback item, so that the feedback can be tracked within the app. And notifications would then allow for users to see when feedback items are created and updated.
Not having to message or report issues for Netbox objects outside of Netbox would help the tool be the single source of truth and users utilize the tool.
