Add default Cablecolors

It would be great if NetBox supported predefined default colors for fiber types based on the official industry color codes (e.g. TIA-598).

For example:

OM1 → Orange (#FF8C00)
OM2 → Orange (#FF8C00)
OM3 → Aqua (#00B7C7)
OM4 → Erika Violet (#A349A4)
OM5 → Lime Green (#32CD32)
OS1 → Yellow (#FADA5E)
OS2 → Yellow (#FADA5E)

This would make it easier to visually distinguish fiber types throughout the UI without requiring every user to manually configure colors.

The predefined colors should simply serve as sensible defaults and remain fully customizable, allowing organizations to adapt them if needed.
