Steps to Reproduce

Fresh install of 2.10.2 on Centos7.8.2003 with Napalm as requirement, followed instructions in NetBox docs down to the upgrade.sh
sudo /opt/netbox/upgrade.sh

to complete without errors

What version of postgres are you running? Minimum required is 9.6.

Here was my complete installation on VirtualBox CentOS 7, with PostgreSQL 9.6 below:

As far as I can tell at the moment. It was meant for a developer/test environment only. It is far from being workable in production. Did you try it?

Here was my complete installation on VirtualBox CentOS 7, with PostgreSQL 9.6 below:
