Error Fetching Options for field 'nat_site_group'

Hello,

I updated my Netbox installation from 2.8.3 to 2.11.9, then updated to 3.0.12. Now I am getting an error when attempting to add an IP address to an interface (see title).

From https://[server]/dcim/devices/[id]/interfaces/
On the new interface, clicking the + to add an IP address, the error pops up in red.
Error Fetching Options for field 'nat_site_group'

Anyone know what I can check to figure out what's going on here?

I updated to 3.1.8 and that fixed the issue.
