Unable to Find Option to Create/Upload Products or Manage Catalogs

Hi,

I'm setting up a fashion store using this Gatsby e-commerce theme, but I can't find any documentation or feature that allows me to create or upload products, or to organize them into catalogs/collections. Is there a built-in way to add and manage products and catalogs in this repo, or would I need to implement this functionality myself? Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated—especially for a fashion store setup.
