signing pipeline output and verifying input #487
Description
Right now there is no way to know if output form FLP was not modified after it was generated.
If output could be signed (and chained) then it wold be possible to verify that no changes were in pipeline output (and no data is missing) stored in other places such as Loki or Kafka topics.
