Automate standalone build #200
Description
While this netobserv console is primarily meant to be a plugin for the OpenShift Console, it is possible to run it as an independent tool. Cf doc here [todo].
However there is currently no automated job for that, no continuous integration. People willing to use it have to build it by themselves.
Hence the goal of this task is to setup such automation: with a Dockerfile, github action
